Is there any possibility for Tina to send me some more Tagine? It is fantastic and both dinner parties I have had my guests have raved about it. As we have a very busy Xmas period it would be useful to have some more to feed all the troops !!! I would like double the amount we had before. Another lunch party we did we had some of your lamb and it was truly wonderful.

The meat is delicious, we actually had some tonight, trouble is it's going down too fast. We have been telling our friends about you, the problem is that every time I start to think of entertaining my plans to serve some of the lamb go awry, soon we will have eaten it all ourselves. They will just have to wait till next time to taste it!
